Lyophilised material should be kept refrigerated at 2–8°C, protected from light and moisture, and handled according to standard laboratory practice.

Not at the moment. We offer local pickup and local delivery in the Hot Springs, Arkansas area. Place an order request on any in-stock product and we'll confirm your total and arrange a time with you.

All sales are final, but that does not cover our own mistakes. If material is damaged, or the wrong product or strength is supplied, contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery and we will replace it. Full detail is on the Terms page.
